Every SparkD Hub order ships in a plain box with a neutral label. The label shows a return address, as shipping rules require, but nothing on it says what is inside.
What does the box look like?
Your order arrives in a plain box. There are no logos, product names or pictures on the outside.
What does the shipping label show?
The label shows your name and address, plus a return address. Shipping rules require a return address on every parcel.
The sender name on the label reads SparkD Hub. No product names or pictures appear on it.
Orders to Canada also carry a customs form. Border rules require it to list the contents and their value.
What will my bank statement show?
Your statement shows the charge as SP SPARKD HUB. No product names appear.
How long does delivery take?
US orders ship by USPS. At checkout, pick Economy (5 to 8 business days) or Standard (3 to 4 business days).
US orders of $50 or more ship free with Economy. Canadian orders ship by USPS or DHL Express, with the price and delivery estimate shown at checkout.
How do I track my order?
We email you a tracking link when your order ships. You can also sign in to your account to check its status.
Can I send an order as a gift?
Yes. Enter their name and address as the shipping address at checkout.
For US orders, no prices appear on the box or the label.
What if my package arrives damaged?
Email sparkdhub@gmail.com within 90 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a refund.
